Melanie understood the issues I had with financially supporting 2 living places at the same time. The price listed was realistic for sale even with 2 similar units in the same building. She did showings and followed up with interested parties. Her advice on issues was spot on. She reliably handled issues after I moved out of the condo. It is now sold at full asking price. Wow! Melanie made the process of buying a house extremely easy! Since my girlfriend and I had never purchased a home before, we had heard horror stories from friends and family about getting lousy realtors. Melanie was incredibly honest, professional, and communicative. She was always available to address any questions we had. She never made us feel uneasy and supported us at every turn.
